UwU LLC offers a rental companion service platform that connects users ("Companions") with individuals seeking companionship ("Renters"). Our platform allows Renters to find, book, and communicate with Companions based on their preferences and agreed-upon terms.
4User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You will not engage in any illegal activities while using the services provided by the App or Site.
- You will not use the App or Site for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, privacy and data protection laws (e.g., CCPA and GDPR).
5Privacy and Data Protection

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UwU LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or Site, including any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
B. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UwU LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9Illegal Activity
You acknowledge that UwU LLC does not monitor the conduct of users but reserves the right to take action, including suspension or termination of accounts, if there is a reasonable suspicion of illegal activity. However, you agree that the Company is not liable for any illegal actions that you engage in without the Company's knowledge, and you release UwU LLC from any claims arising out of your illegal activities.
You agree to comply with all laws, including but not limited to, local, state, national, and international regulations concerning rental companionship and any other related activities. If any illegal activity occurs during the use of the services, UwU LLC is not responsible, and you assume full responsibility for your actions.
10Termination of Account
UwU LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in illegal activity. You may also terminate your account by contacting customer support.
11Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site or within the App. Your continued use of the App or Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15Payment and Pricing
A. Pricing

All prices are in USD (or other applicable currency) and are subject to change without notice.
B. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other payment options as specified in the App or on the Site. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount due for the services you have booked.
C. Payment Terms
- Payment for the services is due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified within the App or Site.
- All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways, and UwU LLC does not store your credit card information.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
- In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, UwU LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services.
D. Cancellation and Refunds
- If you cancel a booking before the scheduled start time, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the Companion's cancellation policy and the time of cancellation.
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled service and are subject to approval by UwU LLC.
- If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
E. Taxes
The prices for services may be subject to applicable taxes, including sales tax or value-added tax (VAT), depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be added to the total cost at checkout.
